Alexander Dellantonio, born 1986, originally from Bolzano/Bozen, South Tyrol, northern Italy, studied graphic arts, etching and printing at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence.

His interests lie in the realm of avangardistic modernism, inspired by Russian constructivists, Czech poetism and subsiquent development to international surrealism as well as French and Italian affichisme.

In recent years he has presented the decollage project Cities of Zombies and the political-satirical series Die Berliner Postkarten. Soon after he released his portfolio100 Years Revolutionary Movement - a study on the content and aesthetics of avant-garde art in Modernism.

He is currently showing a series of black and white collages Surrealist Escapades, inspired by surrealist artists between the I and II World War, such as Jindrich Styrski, Toyen und Karel Teige.

He works and lives between Berlin, South Tyrol and Palermo.
